• This process sounds complicated and technical, but it is actually quite doable, we promise! It is not as hard as it sounds, and you only have to do it once.\n

  1. First, you will need to update your domain\u2019s \u201cname servers\u201d to the following:\n

     NS1.WORDPRESS.COM<\/strong>\r\nNS2.WORDPRESS.COM<\/strong>\r\nNS3.WORDPRESS.COM\r\n<\/strong><\/pre>\n
     You can usually change your domain\u2019s name servers at your registrar\u2019s website. The process for updating your domain\u2019s name servers with Crea8Host is shown below.<\/li>\n
     If you cannot figure this out, you can contact \u00a0our support team and we would gladly do this for you.<\/li>\n
     After you\u2019ve updated the name servers, you just need to add the mapping upgrade on our end, so that the domain is connected to your particular WordPress.com site.<\/li>\n
     To do this, go to\u00a0Store<\/strong>\u2192<\/b>\u00a0Domains<\/strong>\u00a0in your blog\u2019s dashboard, enter the domain into the form at the top of the page, and click the\u00a0Add domain to blog\u00a0<\/strong>button. If the name servers are verified, you will be prompted to pay $13 for the upgrade and complete the process.<\/li>\n
     After the purchase is complete, go to the\u00a0Store\u00a0\u2192<\/b>\u00a0Domains<\/strong>\u00a0page, select the radio button next to the domain you just mapped to your blog, and click the\u00a0Update Primary Domain\u00a0<\/strong>button. This will make your example.wordpress.com domain automatically redirect to your new domain.<\/li>\n
     If your domain still doesn\u2019t load your site, clear your browser\u2019s cache and try again. You might also need to close out of your browser and restart it entirely.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
